Acxiom(R) Expands Consumer/Business Data and SMB Marketing Capabilities With Acquisition of MKTG Services
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. --(Business Wire)-- Acxiom(R) Corporation has expanded its consumer and business data assets and marketing capabilities within small and medium business (SMB) markets through the acquisition of MKTG Services, Inc., an affiliate of CBCInnovis.
The acquisition pairs Acxiom - a global leader in customer information management and technology - with MKTG Services, which has 35 years of direct marketing data compilation and marketing services experience. MKTG Services' key areas of expertise include marketing solutions for credit risk, bankruptcy identification, turn-key marketing systems, data sales and data processing services.
MKTG Services' management team, led by Senior Vice President Stacey Girt, will join Acxiom to provide leadership for the MKTG Services team. The MKTG Services sales team will remain intact as well to carry on the exceptional customer care to which MKTG Services' clients are accustomed. The customers will continue to benefit from access to the most comprehensive and accurate marketing information and data services in the industry.
