TMCnet Contributing Editor
TrueAdvantage, Inc. and salesforce.com have announced the availability of TrueAdvantage for salesforce.com's AppExchange.
A technology-enabled lead generation product, TrueAdvantage uses its SmartTrigger technology to deliver qualified leads directly to the salesperson within their Salesforce application at the earliest possible point in a prospect’s buying cycle.
Built on the AppExchange on-demand platform and fully integrated with Salesforce, TrueAdvantage is immediately available for a test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange under both the "Sales Intelligence" and the "Demand Generation" links in the Technology-Enabled Lead Generation for AppExchange category.
TrueAdvantage basically offers sales reps a way to source, receive, manage and track qualified leads within Salesforce. Sales reps can receive and manage actionable leads from TrueAdvantage directly from within their Salesforce desktop with no additional training required.
The SmartTrigger can be set to alert the rep of whatever she needs to know. For example, a telecommunications company sales rep may create a trigger to immediately alert her when companies in her specific territory have announced plans to acquire multiple sites or build a new facility thereby requiring the product or service that she is selling
Yesterday JasperSoft Corporation, a vendor in the open source business intelligence space, announced the availability of Jasper4Salesforce for salesforce.com's AppExchange.
Jasper4Salesforce delivers access to advanced reporting by building on top of the AppExchange on-demand platform to integrate its open source reporting product into the Salesforce suite of applications.
Jasper4Salesforce is immediately available at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange in the new analytics category.
JasperSoft announced this past summer JasperReports for SugarCRM, which company officials billed as "the first open source reporting engine for the SugarCRM Sugar Suite."
The product, available for download on SugarExchange, provides a library of pre-set, transactional reports that run with Sugar Suite, offering users the ability to generate customer interaction-based reports.
