Noble Systems Corporation (NSC) been chosen by  Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore, LLC, replacing its existing dialer with the unified Noble platform for inbound and outbound call management.


 
Founded in 1974, Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker and Moore, LLC is a full service collection and creditors rights law firm representing creditors in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan via its Chicago, Bloomington-Normal (IL), Indianapolis and Bingham Farms (MI) offices. The firm chose Noble Systems for installation at 37 agent stations and expects to get a single, integrated solution to manage blended inbound and outbound contacts with IVR and Text to Speech tools for automated outbound messaging. The unified system also includes a built-in database, digital recording, real-time reporting, and integration with the agency’s existing PBX and collections software application.
