FIRM Announces Confirmit 10.5 for CRM-Related EFM and Market Research

FIRM, a vendor of CRM-related software for Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and market research, have announced the release of Confirmit 10.5 on the company’s ASP environments.


The new version of the EFM platform includes Confirmit Kiosk, which enables offline customer experience measurement anywhere in the world, and Confirmit Rapid Results, “powering fast and easy conversion of attitudinal feedback into actionable insight,” according to company officials.



“Attitudinal feedback into actionable insight.” I compliment that boy. In other words, taking what people say and think into account when you do something. Sounds good to me, smart business.

“Businesses’ ability to gain, maintain and improve their competitive edge is dependent on their ability to interpret and act on enterprise feedback,” said Kjell Øksendal, FIRM’s Vice President of Marketing from its Oslo headquarters. “True Enterprise Feedback Management is about collecting and analyzing attitudinal data in a uniformed manner across the enterprise and driving that data into business processes, turning it into actionable insight.”



Oksendal says the product enables “experiences and attitudes across the enterprise and in any context to be measured and acted on in a way that powers competitive edge far beyond any other EFM technology.”

Specifically, the Confirmit Kiosk lets offline on-site survey deployment and enterprise feedback gathering for HR, CRM and marketing activities. It’s described by company officials as allowing businesses to “implement enterprise feedback programs on a global scale both on the web and offline in their various locations.”

And with Rapid Results, Confirmit users, including market researchers and marketing managers, can access top-line results and conduct analysis through “easy-to-use tabulation and charting functionality.” Because we all know how much managers like things to be easy.

Several enhancements can also be found in Confirmit Reportal, Confirmit’s report portal platform designed to deliver info directly to management and top executives, who like things really easy. New features include conditional formatting alerting executives to areas of improvement, animated charts enabling zoom-in on specific areas, and the like.

Confirmit can be licensed as an ASP service or as a server install.

Future Information Research Management is a vendor of survey & reporting software for market research and Enterprise Feedback Management. Confirmit, is used for customer satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction surveys, as well as market research surveys.
