Castle CRM, a CRM vendor serving mid-sized and large businesses, has announced the introduction of HealthCheck, an advanced application monitoring service for customers using SalesLogix.
The SalesLogix Application Health Maintenance System provides proactive 7 X 24 SalesLogix application monitoring and is provided at no charge to existing Castle CRM customers.
The Castle CRM proprietary software proactively monitors the health of customers' SalesLogix applications and computing resources. The Castle CRM support center alerts customers of identified issues in most cases before they become service affecting to end users.
Reports provide SalesLogix customers a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators.

Norcross-based Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner I.B.I.S., Inc., a company specializing in the integration and deployment of business products from Microsoft, has announced twelve employees will now focus on Microsoft Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Information Worker products.
IBIS has worked with more than 40 clients and their Microsoft CRM implementation. Today, I.B.I.S. has 12 employees focused on the Microsoft CRM application. These employees' skill sets cross the following Microsoft Disciplines:
