SAS Chooses Advanced Interactive Sciences' IVR System
TV product shopping house SAS recently chose Advanced Interactive Sciences (AIS) to handle in-bound calls for 10 of its top-selling products. Since partnering with AIS, SAS has seen significant increases in revenue and decreases in cost per order.
The service provided by AIS is an interactive voice response (IVR) system with an intuitive speech technology platform. That means the system can understand and respond to human speech, including dialects.
Now, when customers call to place an order for an SAS As-Seen-On-TV product, they are greeted by virtual agent “Heather,” who translates the call into a sales transaction. “Heather” eliminates hold time and dropped calls, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
