CRM Vendor OpenBox's Marketing Campaign Management v9.0 Released

Providence, Rhode Island-based OpenBOX Technologies, which sells SaaS (News - Alert) and turnkey CRM and enterprise software, has introduced Marketing Campaign Management v9.0.

The application offers centralized campaign management "where multi-stage campaigns including e-mail, voice, fax, direct mail, tradeshows and telemarketing are created and tracked," company officials say.

Real-time analytics, list segmentation and targeting, and complete return on investment tracking of budget vs. actual costs are calculated per stage and for overall campaign efforts.

Company officials emphasize that MCM's integrated e-mail, voice and fax services are sent using an organization's own branding and e-mail addresses for one consistent and memorable brand image.

David Baeder, President and CEO of OpenBOX, says the product's administration features let users tailor the application to meet their needs and access data, "from existing CRM or other data sources within their organization."

MCM is web-based and built upon the OpenBOX v9.0 platform, which comprises Microsoft's (News - Alert) .NET framework and utilizes XML and AJAX. Business Objects or tabs, forms, fields, workflow, business rules and look and feel are all user-definable.
