NuVox Offers VoIP to Business Customers in South Florida

Integrated communications provider NuVox Communications today announced that its VoIP product, VoxIP, is available to business customers in South Florida.
 
"NuVox prides itself on bringing the best services and customer care to its over 8,000 business customers in the state of Florida," said Arun Tarneja, direct sales director for NuVox Communications, in a prepared statement.  "Now, with VoxIP, we can offer even more affordable and practical solutions."


 
Specifically, VoxIP, according to the statement, offers the following:

 
• Maximized dedicated Internet service, with a minimum of 768 Kbps, even with 24 calls simultaneously in progress per T1 line;
 
• A Web portal for real-time changes to services;
 
• Enhanced QoS through NuVox's private IP network and on-premise integrated access devices;
 
• Future proofing of a business' network by working with the business' current equipment and providing the foundation to upgrade to more advanced systems later; and
 
• Free domestic calling between locations that have VoxIP.
 
NuVox services over 41,500 customers located in 16 states in the South and Midwest.
