Salesforce.com Adds VoIP Conferencing to AppExchange

Vapps, supplier of SIP-based, VoIP audio conferencing solutions has teamed with CRM solution provider salesforce.com to add Vapps’ high speed conferencing service on salesforce.com’s AppExchange.
With this addition, salesforce.com customers will be able to connect up to 500 conference callers within their salesforce.com implementation. HighSpeedConferencing — the conference calling service from Vapps — has been placed on the AppExchange on-demand platform and is available now or trials or deployment.
Vapps supplies a VoIP conference calling solution and partners with service providers to for complete online business services for the SME market. Vapps also develops, licenses, and supports enhanced services products for converged network providers. Its company’s flagship product, the CB1000 conference bridge, is a scalable, fault-tolerant conference calling platform for converged networks being used by service providers to reliably and continuously provision reservationless conference calling
HighSpeedConferencing.com has all the features of a traditional conference calling service, such as standard call management (volume control, muting, participant announcing, conference locking, and recording), and incorporates additional sophisticated moderator features for Web-based call control.
Vapps’ HighSpeedConferencing.com for AppExchange is one of more than 200 applications created by salesforce.com, its customers, and its partners that are now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange. AppExchange enables easy customization and integration for Salesforce deployments, including a host of on-demand applications that go beyond basic CRM.
