Vonage Expands Area Code Selection in Arizona

VoIP-based calling services provider Vonage Holdings Corp. announced on Thursday that it expanded its services in Flagstaff, Prescott, Wickenburg and Yuma in the state of Arizona. The news follows the provider's announcement about making available service in Fort Collins, Loveland and Montrose in the state of Colorado.
High-speed Internet subscribers working and residing in Northern Arizona will now be able to unlimited local and long distance calling and popular features like call waiting, call forwarding and voicemail. Vonage customers living near the Sonoran Desert can now keep their current numbers or choose telephone numbers within the popular (928) area code.
"Vonage has raised the flag of inexpensive phone service for residents in Arizona," said Michael Tribolet, president of Vonage America. "Anyone within Flagstaff can use their high-speed Internet connection for a better phone service, that includes unlimited local and long distance calling throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, as well as reduced international calling rates and all of the latest features – all with great service and sound quality."
When VISA cardholders visit the online shopping portal and select Vonage from the 'merchant' scroll down menu, they can register for Vonage and choose to pay for their phone service using their VISA card, they will receive one month of free local and long distance phone service from Vonage (valued from $19.99 to 69.99), free shipping (valued at $19.99), and free activation (valued at $39.99). With this promotion VISA cardholders will save as much as $129.97. This promotion will run until May 31, 2006.
