Personnel moves announced recently:
General Electric Company has announced the appointment of Lloyd G. Trotter as a GE executive vice president focusing on operations and James P. Campbell as president and CEO of GE Consumer & Industrial, succeeding Trotter.
In his new role, Trotter, 60, will report directly to GE Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt. He will lead efforts to lower structural cost and improve operational excellence across GE's businesses and will work with other GE leaders to achieve world-class performance in GE's supply chain.
Trotter also will oversee the talent pipeline in operations including the development of leaders and plant managers.

LignUp Corporation, a provider of Web services-based VoIP converged communications products, has announced that Regis McKenna, a technology marketing consultant, venture investor, and author has invested in LignUp and joined the company's board of directors.
With the addition of Regis McKenna to its board of directors, LignUp has joined a cast of companies advised by Mr. McKenna during their formative years, including Apple, Electronic Arts, Genentech, Intel, Linear Technology, National Semiconductor, Silicon Graphics, 3COM, and WebLogic.
Over the last three decades McKenna has been involved in the launch of the first microprocessor, the first personal computer, the first recombinant DNA genetically engineered product, and the J2EE application and HTTP Web server technologies that would become BEA’s WebLogic platform.

Kevin Grist has joined iMoneyNet of Westborough, Mass. as Sales Director. Grist, 39, arrived at the Informa Financial company after more than eight years with Fidelity Investments, where he most recently served as Market Manager in the Cash Business Unit based in Smithfield, R.I.

ADC has announced that James Mathews will join the company as vice president and controller. Mathews brings 27 years of finance experience to ADC, most recently serving as vice president and chief accounting officer at Northwest Airlines. He will assume his duties on December 1 and report to Gokul Hemmady, ADC's chief financial officer.
In his new role, Mathews will be responsible for ADC's global accounting organization including external financial reporting, financial consolidation, establishment and implementation of accounting policies and controls, and the development of financial systems.

InsightExpress, an online market research firm, has announced that Ryan Grady has joined the company as an Advertising Account Manager within the Advertising & Media Sector. As a member of a team led by Dan Campbell, Group Director of Advertising & Media, Grady will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients that operate with the Advertising industry.
Grady joins InsightExpress from MSW Research, where he most recently held the position of Account Executive. There he was responsible for initiating, securing, and developing strong relationships with major Advertising clients. Prior to this role, Grady was a Senior Project Director at MSW Research.
