Bilingual Call Center Outsourcing

As the Hispanic community and market continue to grow here in the US, call centers are finding that outsourcing their telemarketing calls to better suit bilingual customer needs is beneficial.
 
Recently a partnership between Global Telesourcing, LLC, a provider of call center outsourcing and Asistencia Global, provider of bilingual contact center and telemarketing solutions was formed to provide U.S. clients with “cost-efficient, near-shore Spanish-language teleservices.”


 
Unlike call centers that outsource to distant countries to handle English speaking customer needs, these services will offer bilingual customer care, support and marketing services in a near shore location for a whole new market and customer base—the Spanish-speaking community.


 
"This was a logical next step for us," says Bill Colton, president of Global Telesourcing. "A large number of U.S companies are looking for a near-shore solution. Our partnership with Asistencia Global provides us with that alternative, while also delivering on our commitment to offering our clients world-class solutions, service, and support."

According to a recent press release, this announcement “comes on the heels of the company's third anniversary and marks its first call center partnership in Central America.”
