Spoke Software has announced the addition of 54 new customers over the last two quarters as the company is driving the move to on-demand information for lead generation and sales prospecting. New customers include Adaptive Planning, Microsoft, Miller Heiman, SAP and Talisma.

Spoke Software has been seeing tremendous growth as marketing and sales organizations are increasingly seeking new ways to gain information and access to decision makers.

Tuvox, an enterprise speech applications provider for call centers, also just recently joined the move to on-demand information for sales prospecting. Before selecting Spoke, Tuvox used an outsourcing account profiling firm which proved to be costly and required significant time investments.

A more agile and successful marketing and sales process has been possible for Tuvox upon becoming a Spoke network user. Nick Ezzo, marketing manager noted that Spoke made it easy to find the right names, instantly add the contacts into the salesforce.com system and receive the detailed background information the company needs to personalize their marketing efforts.

Another company that selected Spoke for its on-demand lead generation and sales prospecting was KACE Networks, a provider of IT management solutions for mid-market organizations. The KACE sales team embraced the Spoke approach to prospecting, according to Rob Meinhardt, CEO at KACE. In fact, ‘Spok’em’ has become an action verb used as a common battle cry during weekly sales calls. The on-demand solution has enabled KACE to not only identify new prospects that closely fit the target customer profile, but also identify new contacts within existing target customers.

Frank Vaculin, CEO at Spoke stated that there is a clear growing shift away from the old way of lead generation – which included buying outdated, expensive data or renting proprietary lists – to a new way, enabled by Spoke that let marketing and sales professionals instantly tap into the exact prospect information they need, on-demand.

Vaculin added that companies such as Daversa Partners, Electric Cloud, Convoq and many others are using Spoke’s on-demand information to quickly identify and access their target buyers, saving valuable time and significant money in the process.

The web-based lead generation and sales prospecting service from Spoke is designed to help identify prospects, research leads and contact decisions makers. With Spoke, marketing and sales professionals can get information and access to over 30 million people at more than 650,000 companies making it the largest network of its kind. The solution can be implemented immediately with full integration to leasing CRM solutions, including salesforce.com. Spoke Software is a salesforce.com certified partner.

By providing call centers and other organizations with the ability to have qualified information on-demand Spoke is making a significant contribution to every client’s marketing efforts. The hours and costs associated with incorrect information or having to use outsourced databases can be considerably reduced, making this a powerful selling tool for Spoke Software. By offering it on the salesforce.com AppExchange, Spoke is helping to set a standard for what companies will demand from information providers while also making it readily available for global users.
