VoX’s offering is comprised of a group of features including Call Hold, Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Transfer, Hunt Groups, Do Not Disturb, Call Forward, International Call Blocking, Call Return, Repeat Dialing/Redial, Extension Dialing, Anonymous Call Rejection and email notification of voicemail, all at no additional charge. Add-on features include: Multibox Voicemail, Music on Hold, Corporate Conference calling, Reassign Phone, Find me/Follow me, and Auto Attendant.

VoX announced last December that BriteRain, a provider of voice, data and integrated communications services, will market VoX's VoIP services through a distribution network comprised of more than 150,000 independent agents.

"The management team at BriteRain has an amazing track record for identifying next generation telecommunications products that their agents can get excited about," noted VoX's Richards back then. "We are confident that VoX will provide these agents with a level of quality and support that delights their customers, as well as the scalability needed to efficiently satisfy forecasted demand. We look forward to great success with BriteRain."
