Aperio CI's FlashTrac Provides Near Real-Time Customer Insight

Offering a way to better respond to and understand customer behavior, Aperio CI announced today the release of a new software solution for service providers, FlashTrac.
 
Aperio CI provides customer acquisition and retention solutions for customer-facing enterprises.  FlashTrac, (available as a hosted solution at this time) is a secure, scalable software application that can be easily integrated into a host of enterprise CRM applications.


 
With FlashTrac, service providers gain the ability to better analyze and respond to customer behavior in near real-time. William (Duffy) Mich, chairman and executive officer of Aperio CI explained in a press release that the enhanced business intelligence and visibility provided by FlashTrac allows service providers to target the root of behavior patterns and as a result, proactively drive improvements in revenue, customer retention and brand loyalty.

 
According to a company news release, the FlashTrac Platform consists of the following five tightly integrated modules:
 
-Data Collection and Conversion
-Report Management
-Business Rules Management
-Data Event Processing
-Report Processing
 
"FlashTrac offers service providers an opportunity to gain immediate and precise insight into marketing effectiveness and consumer behavior," said Paul King, president and chief operating officer at Aperio CI in a statement to the press. "It also has a number of operational capabilities that help improve business processes, such as robust reporting tools that help providers meet a number if regulatory mandates, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and Homeland Security requirements" he added.
