Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), in conjunction with Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) (www.inin.com), today announced that they have joined forces to launch a new Premium Call Center Research area as part of TMC’s popular TMCnet Web site.

The site can be found at http://callcenterinfo.tmcnet.com.

In addition to providing up-to-the-minute news and feature articles for contact center professionals worldwide, the site is a depot of the latest call center research and statistics, including:

  • Call center growth projections and forecasts
  • White papers and case studies of successful technology deployments
  • An ROI calculator for call center technology products

“Through Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine, which TMC launched in 1982, we have long been recognized as the leading source of news and information for the contact center and CRM industry. The new Contact Center Research site is a natural extension of the magazine in the electronic information age,” explained TMC President and Group Editor-in-Chief, Rich Tehrani.

“Given TMCnet.com’s tremendous traffic levels at over 1,000,000 unique monthly visitors, this premium area of TMCnet will add to its vast array of technology microsites focusing on some of the most important subject areas in technology.” predicted Tehrani.

"Providing valuable information and educational content about the contact center market is a key factor in helping companies take full advantage of the value of technologies such as voice-over-IP, SIP, multimedia interaction routing, unified communications, and speech-enabled self service," said Joe Staples, senior vice president for world wide marketing, Interactive Intelligence. "TMCnet.com provides a content-rich, highly trafficked site for delivery of this content. We are pleased to be a key sponsor in its delivery."

TMCnet.com is ranked among the top 1,400 most visited Web sites in the world by Alexa.com, an Amazon.com company that monitors Web traffic. In April alone, TMCnet was viewed by more than 1,050,000 unique visitors and the site delivered more than 18 million page views in March, 2006.
