LiteScape made news after winning a key contract to supply government departments and agencies with VoIP applications and identity management solutions.

"Strong government interest for the LiteScape Secure Profile Management solution was evidenced at recent shows such as DISA and DoDIIS, said Rod Hamlin executive vice president of sales and marketing for LiteScape Technologies in a statement to the press.

"We are capitalizing on that momentum by demonstrating our products with AT&T at GovTech West" he added.

According to the company's news release, "Federal and State agencies will use the Secure Personal Authentication Reader (SPAR) device to log-in using biometrics and RFID/magnetic card to facilitate extension mobility and personalization."

The release also noted AT&T as marketing LiteScape in relation to three key areas: Collaboration, Identity Management and Converged CRM.
