Entellium CRM Chosen By Weboffice

Entellium has announced that Weboffice, a vendor of Web-based accounting and business products for small and mid-sized U.S. businesses, has selected Entellium as the CRM backbone for its network of franchise locations and will be mandating the use of Entellium tools for sales and customer support activities.

Featuring what company officials claim are “Fortune 500-proven business products and services from accounting to health insurance,” Weboffice delivers Web-based products to help small and mid-sized businesses control costs.

Weboffice officials note that while “many business owners are reluctant to embrace new products without a personal, local connection,” they’re trying to “get the word out with a personal handshake.” To that end, “Weboffice is building a national network of franchise owners to counsel business owners on the range of products and services Weboffice delivers.”

To get started, franchise owners use a combination of e-mail campaigns, field marketing activity and telephone strategies to generate face-to-face appointments. These activities are supplemented with relationship building by the franchise owners and their sales teams. In addition, Weboffice tracks customers' purchases and commission details.

This entire sales and customer support effort is managed through Entellium.

With so much activity combined with an independent sales team, a key CRM selection criterion for Weboffice was the quality of a vendor's customer support. "We've used Entellium's free live chat support at all hours of the day and have always been able to get an answer," said Mayo. "Entellium provides great customer support. We couldn't be happier."

Of course Weboffice also liked Entellium's affordable pricing level at just $60 per user.

Last September Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp. decided to move to a standardized hosted CRM vendor, deploying 2,000 seats of out-of-the-box hosted CRM applications from Entellium. It expected deployment to be completed by the end of the year and plans to add another 3,000 seats down the road under the three-year deal.

Founded in 2000, Entellium's suite of CRM products has been designed specifically for small and midsize companies and divisions of large enterprises.
