AdventNet Inc., a vendor of network management software, has announced the release of Zoho CRM, a web-based customer relationship management product aimed at the mid-sized businesses market.
Zoho CRM has sales force automation, marketing automation, and customer support management as well a order management “for those businesses looking for an integrated customer facing and back-office solution,” company officials say.
The CRM product has a relatively standard list of features, including the ability to plan, execute, and track ROI of marketing activities using campaigns, mass e-mailings, and fully customizable reports, and alert colleagues, managers, and executives in your organization when a big project closes or is near completion.
There’s also the capability to increase sales force productivity by intuitive sales pipeline analysis, competitor analysis, win-loss analysis, sales stage history, and sales forecasting analysis, as well as a user interface for setting up organization-wide CRM process (includes rename tabs, managing custom fields, modifying page layouts using drag and drop, and modify 360 degrees views).
It uses an AJAX-based (web 2.0) user interface and offers fully customizable reports and dashboards with more than 25 reports and intuitive Flash-based charts (including Bar, Stack, Pie and Funnel charts).
Users can synchronize customer-specific contact information and e-mail messages between Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook and Zoho CRM using Outlook Plug-in and add-on. This feature is available separately for Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM is available in both on-demand and on-premise modes, according to Manikandan Vembu, Director - Product management at AdventNet. The first three users are free for both the options. In on-demand version there is no “data hostage,” Vembu promises, “so customers can take their data at any point of time by using data export utilities without prior notice.”
More information on product download, pricing, licensing, and technical support is available online at: http://www.zohocrm.com.
