AdventNet Answers Demand by Offering Multi-Language ServiceDesk Plus

TMCnet Contributing Editor

AdventNet, a provider of affordable Enterprise IT management software has announced the general availability of multi-language support for ServiceDesk Plus. The comprehensive help desk and IT asset management software that enables organizations to streamline their IT Help Desk functions will now be available in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

Positioned as a completely web-based, cost-effective help desk and asset management software, ServiceDesk Plus offers users an integrated package with Request management, Asset Tracking, Purchasing, Contract management, Self-service portal and Knowledge Base with a lower price point than that of the competition. Providing a complete IT help desk solution, ServiceDesk Plus is designed with increased productivity in mind.

Mark Lovell of Real Journeys, New Zealand noted that ServiceDesk Plus provided the affordable help desk solution with comprehensive features that the company’s small IT Help Desk team needed. Most other vendors tend to charge for every module with an additional add-on cost. ServiceDesk Plus was the only one that was a complete solution with a world class web interface kept at a price Real Journeys could afford.

Nicola Violetta of IZS dell’Umbria e delle Marche, Italy, contributed that the company is still searching for Italian helpdesk software as good as ServiceDesk Plus. No one else offers all those features with such a great web user interface. Violetta is considering buying ServiceDesk Plus and asking users to learn enough English to complete a request web form.

When AdventNet came to know that customers were learning English in order to use ServiceDesk Plus, it was a very satisfying moment for the company, according to Girish Mathrubootham, Director – Product Development at AdventNet.

Mathrubootham acknowledged that the company will continue its commitment to offer a productive and affordable IT Help Desk Software for businesses of all sizes. With a multi-language release, AdventNet will ensure that its customers will extend the ServiceDesk Plus experience to non-English speaking users as well.

ServiceDesk Plus offers a 30-day evaluation license and a permanent Free Edition is also available for small businesses. The annual subscription price for the multi-language edition starts at $595 for two technicians and an unlimited number of end-users.

AdventNet is in an enviable position in that its solution is in such great demand that organizations are considering demanding a change in their customers just to be able to use it. Couple this status with significant affordability and AdventNet is practically determining its own position in the market and creating its own demand. With this announcement, AdventNet is sure to considerably expand its client list.
