The Norton Practice Goes Live with NetSuite

TMCnet Contributing Editor

The Norton Practice, a Thames Valley chartered accountancy firm, recently went live with NetSuite—both for its own practice, and as an offering to local and international clients. The company reportedly licensed NetSuite for every employee in its UK operations, prior to implementation throughout Europe.

With NetSuite, the Norton’s marketing department now has the ability to conduct extensive marketing campaigns and measure the effectiveness of those campaigns. The worldwide support team can collaborate on the same customer trouble tickets in real-time. Norton’s finance department also gains a unified, integrated system for all accounts and company transactions—and its employees now have insight into essential business metrics.

Using NetSuite’s Dashboard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Norton staff are able to  focus on the firm’s objectives, maintaining client service levels and ensuring efficient operations and management. The e-mail marketing campaigns can identify the origin of current leads and where marketing budget is best allocated.

Additionally, Norton managers can track return on investment (ROI) for specific campaigns, and effectively make changes and target messages.

“The Norton Practice and NetSuite are a perfect match,” commented Dean Mansfield, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, NetSuite, in a press release.

Mansfield continued: “Both are fast-growing companies who can build off each other's strengths — to expand NetSuite further into Europe and Asia and the hundreds and thousands of small to midsize businesses who are expanding overseas and looking for a solution exactly like NetSuite to help them do that.”
