Lancashire Rural Futures Implements Captavia CRM

Lancashire Rural Futures (LRF) has implemented Captavia, the CRM solution from Initiative Software, to manage project and customer related activities. Captavia enhances the effectiveness of LRF which supports Lancashire’s rural businesses to develop new revenue streams.
New screens and business processes were created in Captavia to improve the way LRF operate. A single source of customer data has improved data quality and real-time reporting saving time.
“Captavia has enabled us to access data more effectively thereby contributing to the efficiency of administration procedures,” said Jenn Redmayne, Lancashire Rural Futures in a press release.
“Captavia holds important client information which is easily accessible and produces important quarterly reports,” Redmayne added.
Rachael Redfern, Professional Services Manager Initiative Software Ltd., said that both organizations benefit from the new Captavia processes and screens by sharing relevant customer data and reporting information.
