American Airlines Federal Credit Union Selects TuVox

American Airlines Federal Credit Union (AA Credit Union) has selected TuVox On Demand Speech Applications to provide members a more efficient and personalized customer service.


 
TuVox will enable AA Credit Union to deliver sophisticated voice self-service solutions to the financial services industry. A branded voice channel by TuVox is expected to improve the customer service experienced by the Union members.


 
TuVox Perfect Router conversational call routing application will allow AA Credit Union members to simply say why they’re calling and be directed to the correct automated retail banking destination or routed to the relevant person or department.
 
TuVox speech applications will also increase automation and create cross-sell opportunities. Moreover, the conversational-style menus will also shorten the call length.
 
Susan Longley, vice president, Member Services at AA Credit Union, said in a press release that TuVox On Demand will enable them to continuously make rapid application changes so that the voice channel easily keeps pace with business changes.
