Commit Business Solutions, a vendor of management software products for small to mid-sized computer service and support businesses, has announced the launch of its new QuickBooks Link in its CRM product.
Maayan Porat, CEO of Commit, said the new feature of Commit CRM will help their customers to more efficiently manage their day-to-day activities, "particularly their billing" procedures.
"Our customers can now easily and accurately bill their customers for every service or repair they've provided without worrying about duplicate data entry and wrong data, errors that are common to manual data entry," Porat said.
"Integrating with Intuit QuickBooks was an obvious decision on our part," he said, since "most of our customers already use QuickBooks, and Intuit has offered us a great integration platform. The Commit QuickBooks Link integrates with a wide range of QuickBooks versions and editions, including the US, Canadian and UK editions."
In May the company announced the launch of its new web interface module, saying the CRM, Service and Billing software was designed to improve the performance of IT support companies, company officials say, as the product “offers advanced technology capabilities and a rich features set designed for computer service providers.”
At the time Porat said the Commit Web Interface extends “its reach to remote users or satellite offices anywhere via the Internet… our product has the unique characteristics of high application functionality, fast time to deploy, ease of use, and low total cost of ownership, along with very affordable pricing.”
Anna Polyak, a support team member for Commit said employees can now access Commit data remotely using a web browser, “and in this way view their assigned tickets, add labor and parts charges to open tickets, manage their schedules and more. Our customer's clients will be able to log new incident tickets and view the current status of existing ones."
