Idiom and SunFlare Market WorldServer Globalization Platform in Japan

TMCnet Contributing Editor

Idiom Technologies, Inc., and SunFlare Ltd. have signed a technology and distribution agreement to jointly develop and distribute a Japanese version of Idiom’s WorldServer.

This agreement marks Idiom’s entry into the Asian market and encourages the company to break into other markets where English is not the first language.

Since Idiom supplies Japanese as a source language, it will allow SunFlare to offer its customers a complete multilingual content reuse platform.

Additionally, the agreement will enable Idiom to expand the footprint of WorldServer in the expanding market for globalization software in Asia.

Mike Iacobucci, president and chief executive officer, Idiom said in a press release that both companies will work towards helping global enterprises decrease globalization costs and accelerate new product introductions .

“We are pleased to be able to offer our customers the most complete globalization software solution, and we look forward to working closely with Idiom to successfully introduce WorldServer into the Japanese market,” said President Sasai of SunFlare.
