NORWALK, CT (October 5, 2006) -- Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) announced today that Prem Uppaluru, president and CEO of Transera Communications, has agreed to deliver a keynote address at its new Call Center 2.0 Conference, to be held from October 11-13, 2006 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.
