Teleformix Showcases ECHO Digital Voice Recording Solution at IT EXPO

Teleformix, a company that specializes in enterprise-class, customer relationship management (CRM) software, will be highlighting its ECHO digital voice recording solution at Call Center 2.0 (co-hosted with Internet Telephony Conference and EXPO West, in San Diego October 10-13, 2006).


 
ECHO is a browser-based digital and VoIP recording solution with an integrated CRM tool. It is designed record, evaluate, monitor and archive customer interactions.


 
Teleformix (News - Alert) recently added three Web Services modules to ECHO (Integration, Management, and Analytic Service), giving the solution true service oriented architecture (SOA) functionality by enabling integration between ECHO and any Web Services-enabled platform.
 
ECHO will soon be out in release 2.8 (available now in Beta), featuring more dynamic capabilities and improved visual layout.
