Dialexia Communications to Feature Dial-Gate Hosted PBX Module at Upcoming INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO East 2006 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Montreal, QC, (January 4th, 2006) — Dialexia today announced it will release its Dial-Gate Hosted PBX Module with E911 support at TMC™’s INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO East 2006, January 24-27, 2006 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO is the nation’s premier event for showcasing leading cost-saving and cutting-edge IP telephony products and services.
“Dialexia’s participation at INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO is a primary reason why this show is widely recognized as the industry’s #1 venue to test, compare, and learn about the benefits and cost-savings inherent in IP telephony products and services,” said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and conference chairman. “The evolution in this industry has been monumental and it still continues to grow. We are proud to have Dialexia Communications as a key part of this year’s program.”
Geared towards ITSPs, CLECs, and ASPs, the new Web-based Hosted PBX is designed to provide the administrator with the tools to serve multiple companies. The architecture consists of multiple IVRs, a billing system, and a database (similar to an ASP model) that can be shared by each user (enterprise). Some of its main features include Unified Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Follow Me, ACD functions, and Remote Access. For the enterprise, the Hosted PBX is a low cost solution; it is easy to implement and there is no need for local IT support, given that an IP Phone is all that is required.
“Dialexia is pleased to be taking part in this years’ INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO and we are excited to launch this product in a setting that contributes to the advancements of the VoIP industry,” said Mohamed El Mohri, Dialexia Communications CTO. “Our Dial-Gate Softswitch with the Hosted PBX module will enable service providers to increase their revenues by targeting additional niche markets like small, medium and large enterprise clients. With the Hosted PBX module, service providers can go further than traditional network and basic broadband services. They can present their customers with savings, ease of use and performance along with all the features of a traditional CPE PBX, but at an affordable low rate.”
