Norwalk, CT (August 3, 2007) — Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has announced the winners of the 2007 TMC Labs Innovation Award presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Customer Interaction Solutions has been #1 in CRM, Call Centers and Teleservices Since 1982. 
 
The TMC Labs Innovation Awards honor products that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features, and significant contributions toward improving communications technology.  The TMC Labs Innovation Awards are not granted only to the best-selling products, but instead to those demonstrating raw innovation, uniqueness, and representing a significant contribution to the industry.
