SAP Launches Mobile Software Application

Accessing corporate data and managing customer interactions while on go will soon become much easier, especially as CRM is becoming more mobile.
SAP ( News - Alert) made news recently with the launch of a mobile software application and the addition of mobility features to its existing applications.
Headquartered in Walldorf, SAP offers a comprehensive range of solutions to enhance business opportunities.
The mobile software applications developed by SAP are designed to give access to enterprise data through a variety of mobile devices while traveling. The latest version of SAP Netweaver Mobile offers enhanced business flexibility by allowing organizations to build customized mobile applications using service oriented architectures. SAP xApps composite application for mobile business now comes with the support for geographic information systems and radio frequency  identification technology.
Targeted at improving organizational productivity, SAP Netweaver Mobile and xApps integrates with SAP Business Suite and can be combined with non-SAP systems. SAP Mobile In-store Inventory Management provide delivery personnel with simpler payment processing and inventory control to help validate the cash and product flow from their vehicles and provide up-to-date inventory information.
Updated versions of SAP xApp Mobile Sales and SAP xApp Mobile Asset Management with enhanced features are available starting this month. SAP xApp Mobile Service for Handhelds is expected to be available in 2008. SAP Mobile In-store Inventory Management will be available from the Autumn, and SAP Netweaver Mobile will be available from November.
