Click-to-call Service for Online Marketing Launched by thinkingVOICE

Pay-per-call ad and call tracking services company thinkingVOICE Networks recently launched an application that enhances performance marketing. The company claims its new offering is the first service to embed click-to-call capabilities and referral tracking into a Web form for use on an advertiser’s Web site or within interactive ads.


 
“Our customers naturally want more leads, but feedback from recent surveys shows that tracking call origination was of utmost importance to access the ROI for ad spending and partner relationships,” explained DC Cullinane, Founder and CEO of thinkingVOICE, in a statement.


 
Cullinane further explained that, whether marketing with Google (News - Alert) AdSense, Commission Junction, Yahoo Search Marketing, Valueclick Media, Linkshare Network or some other ad solution, clients can use thinkingVOICE’s new CallBeacon service to provide spending and conversion metrics for leads by phone.
 
“This opens a new era of performance marketing, a turnkey solution whereby advertisers may pay for calls driven by their affiliate networks and better understand marketing ROI,” Cullinane said.
 
Adam Mishcon, vide president at Commercial Direct, said CallBeacon meets the needs of his company’s online marketing efforts very well.
 
“We have been looking for an integrated solution for our Web site that we can customize and gives us the ability to identify which ads are driving phone calls,” Mishcon said in a statement. “We are excited about the level of customization and tracking thinkingVOICE's new CallBeacon solution provides and look forward to using their technology and services to keep our call center busy.”
 
In its announcement, thinkingVOICE said CallBeacon is innovative because it couples Web-to-phone interactions with online marketing activities in a very comprehensive way. This data can be shared among partners quickly, ensuring that relationships and advertising methods are optimized.
 
Advertisers using thinkingVOICE CallBeacon can dentify, track and compensate any online partner for driving a phone call.
 
According to research firm The Kelsey Group, the market for pay-per-call advertising will be more than double each year for the next five years, with revenues reaching $3.7 billion by 2010.
