East Windsor, NJ, JULY 2008 — Miercom today announced that Robert Smithers has accepted an invitation to present a session titled, "Contact Centers: Results from the Labs" at TMC’s (News - Alert) INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO West 2008. The presentation will take place Sept 16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.

 

INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, held September 16-18, is the world’s largest and best-attended IP communications trade show. The 2007 West Coast event drew more than 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP communications products and services. The show in September will be the 18th INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, and TMC projects attendance to once again exceed 7,000.
