Entellium Remains Strong Performer for Midmarket CRM

TMCnet Contributing Editor

Entellium, a global developer of on-demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for small businesses, has announced that “The Forrester (News - Alert) Wave: Midmarket CRM Suites, Q3 2008” continues to recognize Entellium as it “remains atop the pole position within the Strong Performers group."

This review has recognized the Entellium CRM suite for its strength in sales force automation (SFA) and an open architecture to support Web services and service oriented architecture.

The report also highlighted that Entellium’s solution possesses strength in usability, while also delivering high reliability and availability as a SaaS (News - Alert) solution. Entellium is also a good fit for businesses seeking a low-cost SaaS CRM suite that is easy to use and possesses strong SFA capabilities.

The Forrester Wave also noted that Entellium offers very strong time-to-value as the solution can be deployed anywhere from two to six weeks, depending upon the level of engagement with the customer. The company also has a strong product strategy and vision and pricing is transparent.

"Small and midsize businesses evaluating CRM vendors can rely on Forrester's Wave Reports as a reliable, unbiased and valuable reference," said Paul Johnston, Entellium president and CEO.

"We know that Entellium's success comes from our focus on helping small businesses reach their goals by delivering a superior user experience. We've listened to thousands of customers over the past eight years and our latest product Rave is specifically designed to delight salespeople and their management teams,” added Johnston.

“It guides salespeople to spend their time more profitably by helping them prioritize their time more effectively and get more done with less effort. Forrester's findings reflect the rave reviews we consistently get from our customers and their support for our belief that there is room for more innovation in CRM," Johnston stated.

Entellium is considered one of a select group of companies that Forrester Research (News - Alert) invited to participate in its Q3 2008 Forrester Wave Report. To evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of top CRM vendors, Forrester used 517 criteria.  In this particular report, Entellium earned the highest scores for cost and time-to-value.

The CRM industry is highly saturated with providers that promise to provide the solutions a company needs to drive optimal performance. It is in the deployment and use where the true value players emerge. Entellium has been recognized by an independent third party as a strong performer that delivers on its promises.
