 TMCnet Contributing Editor
Direct Alliance, a subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings and a business process outsourcing provider of inside sales and marketing solutions, has signed a multiyear business agreement with an unnamed broadband communications provider.
Under terms of the agreement, Direct Alliance’s sales team will focus on inbound and outbound sales of the client's full suite of products and services to business prospects and customers. It will also provide business-to-consumer account management services that include account acquisition, up-sell, cross-sell and account retention.
A business model of integrating robust analytics, electronic direct marketing, and inside sales capabilities make Direct Alliance an ideal partner for this Fortune 500 provider, said Judi Hand, president and general manager of Direct Alliance, in a statement.
“The client's selection of Direct Alliance demonstrates their confidence in our ability to ramp up quickly and deliver sales results,” Hand said.
Direct Alliance was founded in 1993 and employs more than 750 people.
Direct’s parent company, TeleTech, employs more than 50,000 people and has customers in 17 countries.
