Aptilo, IntraISP Offer Integrated CRM Solution for WiMax Providers

Aptilo Networks ( News - Alert), a provider of pre-integrated solutions for service management and access control for wireless networks, reportedly has announced a partnership with IntraISP to deliver a complete back-end system with advanced billing, customer relationship management and operations support systems for World Interoperability for Microwave Access service providers.
The new solution is integrated with Aptilo WiMax CSN System, a pre-integrated wireless broadband data and voice services solution for standards compliant mobile WiMax authentication, authorization and accounting; policy management and service control, Aptilo said.
Aptilo WiMax CSN System delivers a highly flexible and versatile AAA, policy management and service control solution for Mobile WiMax and Wireless Fidelity network services, with support for pre- and post-paid data and VoIP services.
IntraISP provides billing, CRM, and OSS system for WiMax and broadband service companies. IntraISP Self Care framework is seen as an effective solution to empower customers to self-manage service offerings, update billing and account information, review invoices, make payments and generate service support requests.
Aptilo provides pre-integrated solutions for WiMax, wireless mesh and WiFi ( News - Alert) hotspots.
Together with the billing, CRM and OSS solution from IntraISP, Aptilo can provide a premier customer care and billing platform seamlessly integrated with a feature-rich WiMax service management system.
With the new functionality, all customer information, services, and billing can be managed from a single interface. Through the built-in trouble ticket system customer issues can be managed seamlessly. The automated routing feature assigns issues related to customer, service or radio tower to respective queues.
The integrated data and voice services solution provides authentication, authorization and accounting through multiple authentication types and enforces Quality of Service through service flow profile parameters for users, devices and services.
With the new solution, service providers are given the information needed to monitor the overall status of their business and effectively manage operations through a comprehensive set of built-in reporting and data collection tools.
