Web Office Systems Intros CRM-Ready FuseMetrix Enterprise Server

Web Office Systems has introduced their new FuseMetrix Enterprise Server, which was previously available on a SaaS ( News - Alert) basis.
With this launch, the full application is now available in a simple to configure dedicated server platform that can be installed on users own site or data center. The next-generation browser based FuseMetrix comes in a box, and is a complete business solution for all types of organizations.
According to company officials, it contains all data residing on one database and with information available in real-time all of the time. This solution solves the problem where internet connections are slow or unreliable. In addition, it offers companies the benefits of total business integration with information available on demand.
Web Office Systems is a web development company specialising in hosted business solutions. Company’s flagship product FuseMetrix is a complete office system that eliminates the need for hardware installation and differing software systems.
The newest solution provides heads of business with a single system incorporating customer relationship management, marketing, sales, purchasing, HR, finance, production and distribution.
From one database, “companies can now have all of the functionality they need to run their operation,” said officials. These functionalities include: CRM, contact management, enterprise e-mail, diary planning, document management (all can be linked to client records).
Additional functionalities include SRM, purchasing management, purchase orders, invoicing, delivery notes, delivery tracking, estimating and quoting, project management, expenses, human resources, product traceability, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, stock management, multi-currency capability, accounting and V.A.T.
FuseMetrix, officials say, is applicable to any type of company whether it’s manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, consulting and financial services organisations, and more.
FuseMetrix is already e-commerce enabled and can be integrated with a Web site of any company. “Once a client’s requirement is specified Web Office Systems delivers the FuseMetrix Enterprise Server configured and ready to go,” according to officials.
