Drag & Drop Application Builder Makes it Simple for Small Businesses to Build their own Applications

TMCnet Contributing Editor

Office Interactive has launched a user-friendly function named Drag & Drop Application Builder that will make it simple for small businesses to build their own applications, according to the company.

Small businesses will now be able to customize their solution from available modules like sales, marketing, customer service, billing, project management, human resource management, collaboration etc.

Till date, small businesses did not have any room for customization since they had to rely on either CRM solutions meant for enterprises or on a combination of email applications, accounting software, contact managers and databases which had no means of sharing data. Taking these limitations into consideration, Office Interactive has taken care to build its modules from the ground up.

This enables small businesses to create a unique application and also to select any desired combination of features from the available list. Options to select a plan that will fit into the budget of the business are also available. The Drag & Drop Application Builder has been able to provide small business clients advantages that have been hitherto unavailable in big-business CRM vendors.

The launch of the Drag & Drop Application Builder has helped eliminate the need for upgrading or mixing and matching applications. It is an ideal solution for cost-conscious companies that are looking at ways to avoid expensive upgrades and high IT costs. The cross operating systems from Office Interactive will enable the web-based application to be accessed from any location at any time.

The on-demand, integrated solutions from Office Interactive have been designed with small businesses with 1-20 employees in mind. Such solutions will be able to run using one centralized system and also integrate communication, collaboration, social networking, business software etc. in a single unified platform. Another added advantage of Office Interactive is the presence of features such as website form generator, integrated business e-mail client as well as billing and expense management.

The CRM software solution from Office Interactive enables businesses to organize critical information into a secure database. This database can accessed at any time and from any location without any constraints. Sine real-time data is getting stored; the solution is able to provide an in-depth view of the company’s operations at any instant. The solution also enables businesses to increase their ROI through effective organization and supervision of operations.
