Interprise Reports 'Rapid Expansion' of Reseller Channel
 TMCnet Contributing Editor
Interprise Software, a vendor of software products for businesses, has reported “rapid expansion” in its reseller channel as well as “new customers and partnerships.” The pace of growth is also forcing the company to increase its office space and expand staff, company officials say.
Morgan Customsoft associates have joined Interprise Solutions, which Interprise officials say will allow for “a greater focus on the development of direct mail applications” within Interprise Suite. Mark Morgan, founder of Morgan Customsoft, a developer of software for the direct mail industry, will become vice president of direct marketing for Interprise.
Previously Morgan was a principal at Collinear Systems.
The company does depend on its far-flung resellers. In addition to its distributors, Interprise Solutions has approximately 100 resellers in nine countries as the product is in operation in more than 30 countries including China, Japan, India, Portugal, Finland and Germany.
The developer community extends to 18 countries and networks through the Connected Business platform.
Heading down to the Pacific, last August Interprise announced that Evolve Systems Australasia was named the exclusive distributor of Interprise Suite throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the Fiji Islands. "The market is ready for an affordable application that combines the features of ERP, CRM and accounting applications," said John North, CEO of Evolve Systems Australasia.
“With Mark and his team of application designers, we can take efficiency and integration for companies in the retail, e-commerce, phone and other channels and create applications and products for software,” said Gary Harrison, president of Interprise Software Solutions.
Interprise Software’s flagship product, Interprise Suite, is a customizable Smart Client-based application providing a view of customers through enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, accounting, e-commerce and point-of-sale tools in a single, integrated application.
Resellers use Interprise Suite’s product to “develop and sell applications, connect with other resellers and deploy tools to increase business through Interprise’s ConnectedBusiness resource site,” company officials say.
Interprise’s roster of resellers increased 25 percent in the last quarter. Acquired by Taylor Corp. in early 2007, Interprise Software has increased its staff by nearly 300 percent.
