BizITPro Gets the Gold: Microsoft Certified Partnership
 TMCnet Contributing Editor
Business IT Professionals, a customer relationship management (CRM) product provider, has been awarded Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft ( News - Alert) Partner Program with a competency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The Gold Certified Partner basically means the company so awarded has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies.
Steve Noe, president of Biz IT Pro, explained that one of the requirements for attaining Gold Certified Partner status is declaring a competency. BizITPro declared theirs in Microsoft Business Solutions as a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
It’s a fairly meaningful recognition, as Microsoft Gold Certified Partners get access, training and support from Microsoft others don’t. As Brad Wilson, general manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Microsoft puts it, “the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialization unlocks a host of benefits and resources.”
Earlier this year TMCnet reported that Business IT Professionals, a North Carolina-based CRM training firm, added custom, online courses to their service offerings. Company officials at the time said the courses are “aimed at individual clients and include live presentations, hands-on exercises and student handouts.”
Obviously the firm’s been building its Microsoft chops for a while now, as in addition to their online courses Biz IT Pro instructs clients using Microsoft’s Official Curriculum as well as custom courses.
“Although Microsoft provides a wonderful curriculum for the average CRM user, it doesn’t always delve deep enough into the process most sales people use for converting prospects to clients,” Noe said.
And in March he announced that the company partnered with CRM Accelerators to provide what he described as "end-to-end CRM products on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for their clients."
CRM Accelerators, a Microsoft Certified Partner, was to handle infrastructure requirements, customization, deployment strategies, maintenance, and custom development to design their client's CRM product.
Once the product deployed, a consultant from the Cary, North Carolina-based Biz IT Pro provided either training for the client or courses from Microsoft's official curriculum.
