Geneos Intros Artesian CRM 3.0 for Top Financial Advisors

TMCnet Contributing Editor

Denver-based broker/dealer serving elite financial advisors, Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. (Geneos), has announced Artesian CRM 3.0, a new Web-based, enhanced ‘Customer Relationship Management’ (CRM) tool designed to be the financial industry’s easiest-to-use tool for advisors.

A unique “process” driven feature of Artesian CRM 3.0 has the ability to automate a number of a financial advisor’s normal office functions, which gives them more time to spend on other work.

The solution synchronizes client data with Geneos' back-office systems, and can export data to other applications, such as LaserApp or Microsoft (News - Alert) Office, as well as import data from any text file. In addition, the Geneos CRM can also produce reports off of the Albridge replicated database.

Commenting on the new release, Dean Rager, senior vice president for Geneos said that what makes this solution unique is its ability to create a ‘one point of data entry’ solution for a financial advisor’s demanding practice. He expects this robust CRM system to save office personnel valuable time in keeping client data up to date over several applications.

“Our progressive technology solution can only be made possible by the right talent with years of experience in the Independent Broker/Dealer industry,” says Geneos President and CEO Russ Diachok. “I’d like to think that Geneos is building the best outsourcing solutions for the industry’s best advisors.”

In October 2008, Geneos Wealth Management launched Nexus 2.0, an open-architecture technology platform that automates many of the tasks associated with an independent financial advisor’s business, including account opening, compliance, and reporting.

Nexus 2.0 enables users to manage data in multiple formats and applications and allows comprehensive paperless document imaging.
