Call for Early Bird Entries for the 2009 TMC Labs Innovation Awards

Norwalk, CT (June 16, 2009) — Technology Marketing Corporation today announced that the early bird deadline for the 2009 TMC Labs Innovation Award from Customer Interaction Solutions magazine is Thursday, June 18, 2009. Companies that submit entries by the early bird deadline will receive a discount on each entry submitted.
Customer Interaction Solutions has been the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.
The Tenth Annual TMC ( News - Alert) Labs Innovation Award honors call/contact center, CRM and teleservices products that are truly innovative. While innovation is usually a question of firsts, it also can involve improving on an existing idea. Challenging established standards and presenting different approaches to achieve distinguished results demonstrate innovation within this industry.
The TMC Labs Innovation Award is based on the concept that the product or service exhibits raw innovation, uniqueness and represents a significant contribution to the industry. Company revenue or number of products sold is not a factor in determining winners.
