AbilityCRM, a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and a Gold Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM partner, has reportedly partnered with ExactTarget, a provider of on-demand software for email communications and one-to-one marketing solutions, to help companies increase market share through integrated email marketing.

"Using ExactTarget's integrated email marketing system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables us to increase our services to Dynamics CRM clients," added Marzola.
 
The partnership is aimed at bringing together AbilityCRM's expertise in customer relationship management with ExactTarget's one-to-one marketing platform through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and email service provider integration.
 
AbilityCRM uses CRM software and related technologies to help our clients realize increased profits. The company is a certified Sage SalesLogix business partner and also a member of the ExactTarget CRM Partner Network, a subset of ExactTarget's Referral Partner program designed to leverage the Customer Relationship Management expertise of Microsoft Dynamics CRM value-added resellers.
 
As mentioned, the deal has enabled AbilityCRM clients to manage and automate a wide variety of marketing campaigns without worrying about data synchronization. The combination of ExactTarget with Microsoft provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM users email marketing automation capabilities to create workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM that automatically trigger ExactTarget emails based on events or dates.
