TMC's CUSTOMER Magazine Announces the 2013 CRM Excellence Awards Call for Entries
The Fourteenth Annual CRM Excellence Award is seeking CRM products or services which have helped extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and lifetime of the customer. The CRM Excellence Award is based on hard data, facts and numbers demonstrating the improvements that the winner's product has made in a client's business.

Early bird deadline for the CRM Excellence Award is February 15, 2013. Final application deadline is March 1, 2013.
