Verint (News - Alert) Systems recently enhanced its suite of Business Impact Solutions with the launch of High-Efficiency Performance Management. Verint's portfolio of Business Impact Solutions comprises of solutions for Regulatory Compliance, Call Avoidance, Cost-to-Serve, Service Recovery and Personalized Guidance.
