CNBC’s Ron Insana to Keynote INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO East 2006

Anchor and Host of “Street Signs” to Address Thousands at Leading VoIP Conference in Fort Lauderdale Convention Center

NORWALK, CT (December 2, 2005) -- Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC®) announces today that Ron Insana, Anchor of CNBC’s “Street Signs”, has agreed to deliver a keynote address at its INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO East 2006, January 24-27, 2006 at the Fort Lauderdale–Broward County Convention Center.

INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, held since 1999, is the world’s largest and best-attended VoIP trade show. Last October, TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO in Los Angeles attracted over 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP Telephony products and services. For this upcoming January show, TMC projects total attendance to exceed 8,500.

Mr. Insana is the anchor of CNBC's Street Signs, (M-F, 2-3 p.m. ET) which is broadcast live from CNBC’s global headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Recently, Mr. Insana garnered an exclusive interview with President George W. Bush to discuss the economy, Social Security reform and energy policy. This was the second exclusive interview he has had with the President in two years.

According to TMC president Rich Tehrani, there will be keen interest in Mr. Insana’s views of the VoIP market.
“VoIP has transformed the communications market. It is the most disruptive technology ever to have changed the fortunes of telecom companies. I’m very interested to hear Mr. Insana’s perspective on how the VoIP market compares to other growth areas he’s seen come and go in his long career as a Wall St. analyst,” said Tehrani.

Mr. Insana joined CNBC in the 1991 merger with the Financial News Network. He is a regular contributor to NBC's Today Show and The Nightly News with Brian Williams, as well as Imus in the Morning and Market Wrap on sister network MSNBC, and other programs when market activity warrants. Additionally, Mr. Insana writes a monthly column for USA TODAY entitled “Talking Business with Ron Insana” and hosts the nationally syndicated radio program, The Ron Insana Show, for Westwood One.

Mr. Insana was nominated for a News and Documentary Emmy Award as part of NBC’s coverage of 9/11, and in 1999, was named one of the top 100 business news journalists of the century by TJFR Group.
