Recently, 4PSA, a provider of unified communications (UC) software, won the 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award from TMC (News - Alert).

With companies having their offices all over the world, the need for UC has never been greater. The growing number of remote workers has also contributed to the surge in demand for unified communications.

In the last few years, the industry for UC has been given a boost by the invention of new technologies and reductions in price.

4PSA provides VoipNow, Service Provider Edition, built on distributed architecture. This product comes after the company's 4PSA's VoipNow Professional line. Incidentally, even 4PSA's VoipNow Professional line had won the 2010 and 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award from TMC.

It also won the 2010 Unified Communications (News - Alert) Magazine Product of the Year Award from the same company.

VoipNow SPE (Service Provider Edition) makes it easier for users to work by combining various communication flows.

The VoipNow service delivery platform helps companies to provide unique unified cloud services to their customers.

VoipNow was released by the company very recently. The product uses a third-generation cloud platform and can be distributed in various computing nodes, the company has stated.

"We are dedicated to delivering the best solutions for our customers and we have always been working hard to meet their requirements. VoipNow Service Provider Edition is our most impressive release up to date. The entire 4PSA team is extremely proud that its success has already been recognized by TMC and that VoipNow Platform has received this award for three years in a row,' said Elena Carstoiu, VP of Sales and Marketing at 4PSA.
