CRM Outsourcer Partners With Argogroup Mosaic

Argogroup Mosaic has announced the "immediate availability" of global roaming testing and monitoring, supporting 2G (GSM, GPRS), 3G (UMTS including HSDPA), CDMA and fixed-line networks.

The managed service enables mobile operators to test services including voice calls, SMS and MMS, WAP and video streaming from 54 locations worldwide.

Citing its "strong background in networks, CRM, mediation, billing and service platforms," Thomas Renz, VP of Products at Argogroup has announced that Araxxe is "the ideal infrastructure partner for our Mosaic" product.



The Mosaic infrastructure is operated by Argogroup partner company Araxxe, a business process outsourcing provider with an excellent track record in hosting and operating pan-geographical QoS environments built from Argogroup technology.

According to Araxxe officials, their company offers a packaged method for auditing customers databases, for Revenue Assurance purpose. "We have standardized a way to collect data and to perform consistency checks between databases -- network, billing, CRM and provisioning."


According to Renz, outbound roaming testing is, by its very nature, best offered as a managed service. "Argogroup Mosaic is a critical solution for mobile operators needing a cost-effective way to test voice and content services in-country, ensuring the best possible user experience across a number of geographic locations for their roaming customers," he explained.

Argogroup Mosaic is built on top of the company's Quality of Service platform, Monitor Master, and company officials believe it will "complement the existing product line for the global market."
