Miercom to Present Conference Session at INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO West 2008

East Windsor, NJ, JULY 2008 — Miercom today announced that Robert Smithers has accepted an invitation to present a session titled, "Trends in IP Contact Center Deployment" at TMC’s (News - Alert) INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO West 2008. The presentation will occur Sept. 16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.

 

INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, held September 16-18, is the world’s largest and best-attended IP Communications trade show. The 2007 West Coast event of last September drew more than 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services. This year's show will be the 18th INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, and TMC projects attendance to once again exceed 7,000.
