AccessLine Launches SmartVoice VoIP Service in Indiana

AccessLine Communications today announced that it has launched its new VoIP service, SmartVoice, in Indiana.

The rollout of the service in Indiana was made possible through a partnership with CTI Solutions, Inc. which is an AccessLine authorized SmartVoice Dealer serving all Indiana markets. CTI Solutions has had a continual presence in Indiana since 1937 as a reliable source for voice, data, messaging and service. According to a company press release, the partnership “further enhances CTI Solutions’ ability to work one-on-one with the customer to choose, expand or ready their current system for VoIP.”

AccessLine, which has been aggressively rolling out the service in the U.S. during the past several weeks, claims the hosted VoIP service “delivers the benefits of advanced business telephone service at a fraction of the cost.” It claims the service is ideal for small to medium sized businesses.

The company announced earlier this week that it had rolled out the service in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The service is already available in Concord, Derry, Dover, Exeter, Hampstead, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Rochester, Salem, Bedford, Woodsville and Whitefield, N.H., and is also available in selected Maine and Vermont markets.

In addition, the company announced on April 6 that it had launched the service in Central Texas. The service is now available throughout the Greater Austin-area, from Round Rock to San Marcos, and the Greater San Antonio-area, including New Braunfels.

“Most of the new Internet Protocol (IP) telephone services available today require businesses to throw out their current key system or PBX and invest in new equipment,” said Doug Johnson, CEO at AccessLine, in a press release. “The hosted approach of SmartVoice Service allows small businesses to avoid the disruption and capital expense. SmartVoice Service will immediately start saving businesses 30, 40, up to as much as 50 percent off their current legacy phone bills by allowing them to continue using their current equipment. To the end-user, this transition can be nearly transparent.”

AccessLine Communications provides hosted VoIP services for the business market nationwide. The company claims its turnkey VoIP service “is easy to implement, cost effective, and delivers a complete range of powerful features.” With a customer base of more than 100,000 business users, AccessLine provides “unprecedented application quality, functionality and customer support.”

AccessLine recently won the “Product of the Year” award from Internet Telephony Magazine, a TMC publication.
