According to the results of research conducted by Nucleus Research and announced recently, Satuit Technologies "differentiates itself by its deep vertical process knowledge and fixed-cost implementations."

Satuit sells a software as a service product bundled with industry best practices in its out-of-the box configurations. Clients can implement Satuit's custom software product in as little as two weeks, company officials say.

"Unlike some other CRM products that are built to support multiple industries and then customized for different verticals, SatuitCRM was designed and built by investment professional, for investment professionals," said Rebecca Wetteman, vice president of Nucleus Research.

SatuitCRM includes modules that address Sales, Marketing and Clients Services.

The Nucleus report said organizations are looking "beyond basic contact and pipeline management, particularly in business-to-business realms such as financial services and energy."

Earlier Satuit announced what company officials termed its" second consecutive year of record growth."

Worldwide revenue growth for 2006 exceeded 68 percent, supported by "a strong expansion in Europe where revenues more than doubled," officials said.

Satuit officials credit the growth to the company's "continued focus and commitment to the financial services sector," The growing trend for hosted products also played a role in the company's growth, they say, with SatuitCRM On-Demand outpacing the On-Premise product at a rate of nine out of every ten deals.

In early January Satuit announced that Oppenheimer Investment Management LLC. has selected Satuit as its customer relationship management (CRM) provider of choice.

OIM works with the institutional asset management market, offering small cap equity, large cap core equity and a full complement of U.S. fixed-income strategies to institutional investors, including insurance companies, corporate pension plans, public pension funds, Taft-Hartley funds and foundations and endowments.

Last December Satuit announced the commercial availability of SatuitCRM v.10.5, offering what company officials described as "over 50 new features" designed to make it easier to retrieve data. Managers can "turn their home page into a command and control center," according to officials, "to see what is going on in every part of their organization."
